What the website itself does
The static website does not create customer accounts, upload documents or store enquiry submissions in a site database. The enquiry form builds a WhatsApp message on your device. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it in WhatsApp.
Information you may choose to send
The message can include name, mobile number, nationality, intended date, traveller count, requested service and free-text notes. Do not enter passport, Emirates ID, payment-card, password, one-time-code, medical or other highly sensitive information in the public form.
WhatsApp, email and telephone
When you contact us through WhatsApp, email or telephone, those providers process communications under their own terms and privacy practices. We use the information to answer the enquiry, prepare a quotation, provide an agreed service, maintain necessary business records and handle disputes or legal obligations.
Identity and travel documents
If a consultant later needs a document, they will identify the purpose and approved channel. Send only the requested pages. Retention depends on the service, third-party requirements and applicable record-keeping obligations; ask the consultant for the case-specific period.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers needed for the requested service—such as application platforms, insurers, hotels or transport suppliers—after the scope is explained. We do not sell personal information for advertising.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold, request correction, or ask for deletion where retention is not required. Contact info@friendsguidetravels.com. We may need to verify the requester before acting.
Security and children
Use the minimum information required and never send passwords or one-time codes. A parent or legal guardian should manage enquiries and documents for a minor.
