Begin with a minimum-information review. Do not upload passport or Emirates ID images to a public form.
Details for the first review
- Passport nationality
- Passport and UAE residence expiry dates
- Travel purpose and intended dates
- Number and ages of travellers
- Any prior refusal or unusual travel constraint
Documents commonly requested later
Once the route is confirmed, a consultant may request a clear passport bio page, UAE residence evidence, a recent compliant photo and case-specific supporting documents. The final list depends on the route and current authority requirements.
Use only the secure channel confirmed by the consultant for identity documents. Remove unnecessary files and never send payment-card credentials, passwords or one-time codes.
Passport, GCC residence and visa conditions
Current tourist-visa regulations state that a passport should have at least six months remaining and a GCC residence permit at least three months. GCC residents may apply regardless of profession, but eligibility to apply is not a promise of approval. The validity, number of entries and permitted stay are the conditions printed on the issued visa.
Decision timing
The official KSA Visa FAQ says a complete, paid application may take up to three working days; exceptional cases can take longer. Priority service on this website refers only to our document review and filing work—not priority adjudication by Saudi authorities.
Umrah and Nusuk
A tourist visa may be used for Umrah outside the Hajj season, subject to current rules, but it cannot be used for Hajj. Having an entry visa does not replace the Umrah permit required through Nusuk. Health and vaccination requirements can also vary by origin and change, so check the current Ministry of Health guidance before travel.
