The service provider is FRIENDS GUIDE TRAVEL AND TOURISM L.L.C, Dubai DET licence 1525955, at Shop No. 6, Friends Residency, Al Warsan 4, Phase 2, Dubai, UAE.
2. Nature of the service
We provide private document preparation, application assistance and travel coordination. We are not the Government of Saudi Arabia, an embassy, a visa-issuing authority or the Nusuk platform.
3. Quotations and price scope
Website prices are starting points or clearly marked enquiry prices. Only a dated written quotation confirms the purchased service. It should identify the agency fee, government or platform charges, insurance, VAT, supplier charges, inclusions, exclusions and quotation validity.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, review spellings and dates, supply requested documents lawfully, read the issued visa and comply with immigration, health, permit and carrier rules. Do not make non-refundable travel commitments based only on an estimate.
5. Decisions and timing
Authorities and suppliers control approval, refusal, additional-document requests, visa conditions, permit availability, processing time and border admission. An agency estimate is not a guarantee.
6. Payment
The quotation states the deposit, balance date and available method. Payment confirms acceptance of that quotation and these terms. Never send card credentials or one-time codes by chat.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Before payment, the quotation must state the relevant cancellation schedule. Work already performed and third-party charges already committed may be non-refundable. If an application is refused, an agency handling fee may remain earned for completed work; the exact treatment is the one stated in the quotation.
8. Travel services
Hotels, transport, tours and other supplier services are subject to availability and supplier conditions. A material supplier change will be communicated with available options.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for independent authority decisions, border refusal, customer-provided errors, force-majeure events or supplier acts outside our reasonable control.
10. Complaints and governing arrangements
Raise concerns promptly at info@friendsguidetravels.com so the team can investigate. The written booking confirmation identifies any case-specific dispute process; rights and remedies that apply under mandatory law remain unaffected.
